NOTE:
-
For seniors in Electrical and
Computer Engineering, you may opt for technical elective credit (recommended).

For all business students enroll in
this class, you will receive Engineering credit(s) toward your degree.

For Volunteer Program students, you
will be invited (but not required) to attend all regular class meetings, and
allow to join a design team. Volunteers often play key roles by taking
responsibility for specific aspects of the project that are of interest.

Class meeting time
Meet every Wednesday from 5:30 to
7:00 PM. Location is to be announced by email at the beginning of the semester.
In addition to the regular class meeting time, each design team is encouraged
to have their own meeting every week to keep up with the design progress within
the team.
Requirement
A minimum 2.0 QCA is required.
Freshmen are extremely valuable, but cannot enroll for class credit, but we
strongly recommend joining the volunteer program (see above). There is no QCA
requirement for the volunteer program.
Procedures for enrollment

Add the Course Index corresponding
to your academic level under Course Request in
Hokie Spa.

For students seeking for leadership position in Virtual
Corporation
Letter of Intent is required. Your
letter of Intent should be less than one page in length, and should be
submitted to
Nimal Lobo
along with your resume. In your letter of Intent, you should provide us with the
following information:

Reasons why you wish to serve in a
leadership capacity
-
What specific position you are
requesting and why you are interested in the position
-
What general leadership style and
techniques you will employ
-
An affirmation of your commitment if
given the position.
