Who Evaluates the Individual?

An associate's individual grade is obtained with contribution from Teammates, Team Leaders, Managers, Vice-Presidents, Presidents, Chief Operating Officers, Graduate Associates, and Faculty Consultants. Contact the Chief Operating Officer of your division if you wish to clarify the list of people who will be grading you.

Grading Responsibility

The Chief Operating Officers of the divisions are in charge of the grading process and assigning final grades. The Chief Executive Officers of the divisions approve the final grades. The final grade sheets are given to the President of Virtual Corporation to ensure adherence to uniform grading procedures and guidelines among all divisions.

Work Expectation

Consistent with university policy, it is expected that associates will work approximately three hours per week outside of class for each credit hour received.
